Projects

Presidential Campaign for Peter Obi (2023): Oluchi Media, through General Oluchi, championed Peter Obi’s presidential bid, helped energize Nigeria’s youth through sharp commentary and clear calls for ethical leadership. She amplified policy discussions, encouraged voters to fact-check claims, and joined the “Obidient” online movement in spreading campaign messages without partisan funding. Her threads and engagement helped frame Obi’s candidacy as a serious alternative, motivating thousands to take civic participation seriously in the 2023 election.
Presidential Election Tribunal Reportage and Documentation (2023): After the polls, Oluchi turned her platform into a hub for monitoring the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal. She documented key hearings, broke down complex legal arguments, and made evidence like observer reports understandable for the public. By translating tribunal updates into accessible stories, she kept followers informed and encouraged accountability in the judicial review of Nigeria’s presidential election.
Boycotting Erisco Foods 2023: Oluchi played a pivotal role in challenging corporate overreach and defending consumer rights by leading public support for Chioma Okoli. She helped mobilize a boycott, brought attention to free speech violations, and pressured regulatory institutions to act. Her activism contributed to legal constraints on the company and police, prompting accountability and greater transparency in how companies engage with criticism .
#OperationRescueNigeria (2024): Through her work on #OperationRescueNigeria, Oluchi has emerged as a dynamic digital strategist and activist. From mobilizing youth for voter registration to reframing the national conversation around dignity and accountability, her efforts showcase the power of storytelling and media to inspire civic engagement and build momentum for positive change.
Nigeria First Collective (2025): Oluchi is a leading voice in the Nigeria First Collective, where she combines digital advocacy with grassroots action to strengthen civic participation. Her recent efforts focus on mobilizing citizens, particularly the youth, to register and collect their Permanent Voter Cards, while also supporting town hall meetings across the country that encourage dialogue on voter rights and leadership accountability. Through her storytelling and public engagement, she promotes hope, dignity, and collective responsibility as the foundation of a “New Nigeria,” while consistently calling for transparency, an end to vote buying, and greater accountability in governance. Her work bridges online influence with offline impact, inspiring citizens to play an active role in shaping Nigeria’s democratic future.
